Spiral Submerged Arc Welded Pipe SSAW
The spiral submerged arc welded pipe is made of hot-rolled steel strip as raw material, and is usually made by constant temperature spiral forming and automatic submerged arc welding. The manufacturing process is to roll the steel strip, make the rolling direction at a certain angle to the center direction of the tube, and then form and weld, so the weld is spiral. Can provide API SPEC 5L steel pipe, GB / T3091,GB / T9711-2011,EN10219,ASTM A252 standard steel pipe.
A252 Seamless&Welded Pipe Piles
ASTM A252 is the standard specification for nominal-wall cylindrical steel pipe piles, where the cylinder acts as a permanent load-bearing member or shell to form a cast-in-place concrete pile. Welding mainly provides ASTM A252 submerged arc welded steel pipe piles for agricultural, construction and load bearing geotechnical applications. The ASTM A252 specification has three grades: Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3, of which Grade 2 and Grade 3 are commonly used materials.
API is an acronym for the American Petroleum Institute and is considered the most authoritative and comprehensive principle in the oil and gas industry. API 5B and API 5CT are mainly used for oil casing. API 5CT oil casing can be divided into seamless steel pipe and welded steel pipe, welded steel pipe mainly refers to the straight seam steel pipe, large diameter oil casing is generally submerged arc welding straight seam steel pipe.

The galvanizing process for steel pipes involves immersing the metal pipe in a bath containing 450 degrees Fahrenheit molten zinc. After a few minutes, the hot-dip galvanizing process is complete.
